WET Outreach Center

Wipe Every Tear is dedicated to offering women a way out of the sex trade by providing safe homes that serve as places of refuge, rest, and healing. These homes support physical, emotional, and spiritual recovery, equipping women for a successful future. In addition to meals, medical care, counseling, and weekly allowances, the program emphasizes education as a key tool for breaking the cycle of sex trafficking, empowering women to build better futures for themselves and their families.

The current focus is to establish an outreach center in the heart of Fields Avenue, Angeles City—one of the world's capitals for sex tourism. This center will offer essential support, healing, and opportunities to women trapped in the sex trade, strategically located amidst the activity. The center will provide meals and the chance for these women to meet alumni from the Wipe Every Tear program, who can offer immediate rescue and a path to a new life. Through this outreach, hope and light will reach those most vulnerable on the streets of Angeles City.
